Though born in Texas, Victor has traveled all over the world with his military family but has settled in Puerto Rico since 1990 and is loving it! His parents are from Puerto Rico so he has always been fascinated with this beautiful small island which is rich in culture and adventures. He knows why they call Puerto Rico the Enchanted Island and wants to share this with our guests. Victor spends his time traveling the island on foot, car, and even air to find those hidden gems off the beaten path, known only to locals. Whether restaurants and bars, or the newest hip-clubs, he will provide guests with a unique and unforgettable Puerto Rican experience.
