Dutch Pancake House

Try the poffertjes (mini buckwheat pancakes) in flavors like brandied raisin or peach and Grand Marnier at this popular breakfast eatery.
Dutch Pancake House has everything you could want in a vacation breakfast spot - spacious patio, great food and a relaxed island vibe. The restaurant specializes in Dutch pancakes, different from American pancakes in that they are baked on a skillet in the oven as opposed to being cooked on the stove. The wafer-thin pancakes are generously garnished with a variety of sweet or savory toppings from home-made fruit compote to French brie cheese. The Picasso pancake with fresh fruit, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and powdered sugar is a favorite. The carni stoba or Aruban beef stew is a good choice if you're looking to try a more classically Caribbean dish.
