Chase Bias was born and raised in Boca Raton, which gives him a head start as our Lead Navigator. When he joined us two years ago, he made his dedication to customer service and connection to the local area apparent. He continues to spend a great deal of time carefully discovering all of the wonderfully new and exciting venues and activities in the local area. By visiting them himself and constantly following up with his favorite venues, he ensures that all recommendations remain up to the high standards we want to provide for our guest. He utilizes multiple sources like the internet, newspapers and magazines as well as visiting the local areas himself to always find the hippest places and events for every week to successfully 'Navigate' our guest.
