Chaiwalla is located in Jalan Tan Hiok Nee opposite HSBC bank. It looks like an alley with a gate that marks the entrance to the famous night markets of JB Bazaar Karat. Their original fusion bubble tea is a mixture of homemade ingredients that makes it different from other bubble tea that served in that area.
