Discovered when they were teenagers and still rocking out now as grown men, Isaac, Taylor and Zac Hanson — better known simply as the pop-rock band Hanson — played a special set for guests at Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa’s Coachella kick-off party. It was clear that there were devotees in the crowd: some fans had followed the group all the way from L.A. and Las Vegas, and one girl even carried a picture that she’d owned for 10 years just to have them sign it. Still, whether the crowd remembered Hanson from Top 40 radio or from tween magazines, when the brothers belted out their classic anthem “MMMBop,”there wasn’t a single person in the place that wasn’t singing along.
