<p>Born and raised in Orlando, Florida; he began his professional career there working at Walt Disney World’s Epcot Center. In 1983 he graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelors Degree in Saxophone Performance, and then moved to Texas and received his Masters Degree from the University of North Texas in Jazz Studies. While there, Jeff was granted a teaching fellowship and also toured and recorded with the famed “1:00 Lab Band”.
