<p>String bassist Paul Keller and pianist Rick Roe are Michigan Jazz Heroes. Both Keller and Roe are well-regarded by jazz musicians and beloved by jazz listeners. They love to entertain with their special brand of virtuosic, straight-ahead, swinging jazz. Their repertoire includes classic jazz compositions by Thelonious Monk, Charlie Parker, Duke Ellington, and the occasional tip-of-the-hat to Walt Disney, Johann Strauss and Bugs Bunny.</p>
