Pale gold and smelling of grass, this wine is off dry and has matured enough to lose the acidic bite you get with very young New Zealand Sauvignon. It’s slightly buttery and has gooseberry and melon flavors with a hint of richness and a lingering finish. Lovely paired with Chef's crab cakes with chive crema.</p>
