<p>Chelsea Burns grew up in West Des Moines, Iowa, where she began her music education and started songwriting. Chelsea moved to Chicago and fine-tuned her songwriting and musicianship skills at Columbia College Chicago. After living in the Midwest her whole life, Chelsea recently moved to Nashville to pursue a career in music as both a songwriter and a performer. Her biggest influences are female singer/songwriters such as Sara Bareilles, Ingrid Michaelson, and Joni Mitchell.</p>
