<p>Clifton is from south Louisiana, Baton Rouge. He has been singing, playing guitar and harmonica for most of his life. A paramedic by trade, Clifton moved to Nashville to pursue music. In 2004 he won second place in the International Blues Competition in Memphis. He has played many years in Printer’s Ally, located here in the heart of Music city. With a style of South Louisiana Americana, He’s got a mixture of cultures complimented by a rocking blend. Goose Downing is his good friend and sideman providing both guitar and vocal. Goose is a well known song writer with a new cd out.</p>
