Navigator Biography

Guilherme started working with hospitality 10 years ago at the Renaissance São Paulo Hotel. After a year, he decided to be away from the city visiting places around the country. When back to São Paulo he became our Navigator, with more experience and greater passion for this city, that he considers charming and able to surprise him every day. Since he was 12 years old the historic downtown already delighted him, and is always part of his conversations with guests.In his words, "it's amazing to see people who had never been to São Paulo return to the hotel saying the experience was so rich that they seem to have always lived here”. For him it's very satisfying to make guests feel like locals and help them discover the real São Paulo. Guilherme also loves the hotel neighborhood, Jardins, for being a hub to any corner of the city, it doesn’t matter what you are seeking in town, Jardins will always have something to surprise you.During holidays, our Navigator loves visiting new bars and restaurants, especially those small and hidden ones that you won’t find in a guidebook.

As a Navigator I love seeking for hidden gems in the city and sharing my most intriguing discoveries with guests, so they have great stories to tell about São Paulo.
