Meredith Chase

Meredith loves a new adventure.

Navigator Biography

“I’m the outdoorsy type” says Meredith, a La Grange native and Navigator for the Renaissance Schaumburg. She loves going kayaking and taking treks though Busse Woods with her dog, but her sense of adventure is more than just grabbing a coat and braving the elements. As well as exploring the great outdoors, she’s passionate about finding unique and exciting food & drink. “I love learning about new places” she enthuses, “there’s always something new out there to discover.”Whether it’s a trip to France and Korea at fusion spot Tour Les Jours, a visit to Nigeria at Bisi, or a taste of Italy from Lou Malnati’s, Her taste for adventurous dining and bars means she can explore the world right here in Illinois. “I’m always on the hunt for something new.” she says, “I have Google alerts sent to me just so I know when something new is opening up. I’ve even made my husband turn the car around just so I can go take a second look at the “Opening Soon” sign to see what is coming to town.”
